Delete Your Account - Gold Simulator Mobile

Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and associated data from Gold Simulator Mobile by ตี๋ใหญ่, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Step 1: Send a Deletion Request

Please send an email to our support team with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Gold Simulator Mobile"

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Immediately Deleted:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Profile picture
  • User ID (Firebase UID)
  • Authentication credentials
  • Account information from Firebase Authentication

Locally Stored Data (On Your Device):

  • Trading history - Stored only on your device
  • Portfolio data - Stored only on your device
  • Simulation preferences - Stored only on your device

Note: To completely remove locally stored data, simply uninstall the app from your device.

Data Retention Period

  • User authentication data: Deleted within 30 days of your request
  • Backup data: Permanently removed from all backups within 90 days
  • Local app data: Removed immediately when you uninstall the app

What Happens After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

1. You will no longer be able to sign in to Gold Simulator Mobile with your Google account
2. All your user data will be permanently removed from our servers
3. This action cannot be undone
4. If you wish to use the app again, you will need to create a new account

Alternative: Keep Account but Delete Local Data

If you only want to clear your trading history and portfolio data without deleting your account:

1. Uninstall the Gold Simulator Mobile app from your device
2. Reinstall the app
3. Sign in again with your Google account
4. You will start with a fresh simulation
